Mr. La Vay has been a Project Manager since 2007, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He has experience working with local, county & state agencies to gain any required approvals for a project and coordinates with clients to provide quality services in a reliable, efficient and timely manner. Mr. La Vay is experienced with commercial, institutional and mixed-use projects; he is involved from conception through permitting, construction and post-construction approvals. He is also an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Past Experience
With Austin Powder Company, North America- Explosives Engineer in charge of surface mining blast design, pre/post blast surveying, mining production estimations, research & development, and long range mine planning.
Interests
Pat has a passion for lacrosse that developed from playing in both high school and college; he has also spent some time coaching at two Montgomery County high schools. These days, he enjoys playing golf, tasting craft beer and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
