MHG’s Civil Engineering Department is divided into two groups: the water resources group and the infrastructure group. The infrastructure group works with the client or design team to prepare designs which provide the necessary connections between new projects and the greater community. These connections include walkways, roadways, potable water, sanitary sewer, and storm drains. The water resources group works with the client or design team to prepare designs which protect water resources during and after the construction of the project. These groups work with federal, state, bi-county, county, and municipal government agencies to obtain construction permits for these design documents.
