Bethesda Mews is a Residential Development featuring Colonial style architecture and unique landscape spaces like Camberley Mews, a formal pedestrian courtyard that connect this neighborhood with Old Georgetown Road.

 

Tasked with meeting stormwater management requirements and providing this neighborhood with space for recreation, MHG offered an innovative solution that combines the play space and the stormwater area together into an active learning environment. This design integrates environmental learning components with both passive and active recreation equipment. Pathways and boardwalks that meander through and around the native landscaped biofilter facility expand the recreation space and access for the neighborhood. This recreational area offers safe and creative play equipment, like climbing nets and log steppers, in place of standard tot lot developments.
