Project Manager

This role involves managing all project and administrative tasks, collaborating with clients, design teams, and regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will have experience or education in the following areas​

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Site Civil Engineering and/or project manager experience in a related field.

Ability to comprehend and implement jurisdictional requirements related to site specific design.

Excellent computer skills to include proficiency in AutoCAD Land Development Desktop and Carlson Civil or similar CAD program.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

B.S. Degree in Civil, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science or similar related field.
Preference will be given to candidates possessing direct knowledge of local, Maryland or DC’s planning/zoning and development process. Anticipated Annual Compensation for this position is between $90K to $125K.

Civil Engineer / Designer
We have a career track position for a creative, self-motivated, entry to mid-level Civil Engineer or Civil Designer with practical experience in land development engineering, including Commercial, Residential, and Institutional design projects. The ideal candidate will have experience or education in many of the following areas:​

Strong verbal and written communication skills A bachelor’s degree or Experience in Civil Engineering or related field of study or work related to science, technology, geography, or math. Anticipated Annual Compensation for this position is between $65K to $90K.
