SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Mr. Donnelly has been a Project Manager with MHG since 1992. Over the course of 26 years, he has developed relationships with local, county, and state review agencies in order to navigate a project through the design, review, agency approval, and permitting phases of the development process. He has worked extensively in the Maryland suburban area specializing in Montgomery County and the City of Gaithersburg jurisdictions. He has managed the planning, design and construction implementation of commercial, large scale residential, manufacturing/pharmaceutical, and corporate headquarters.
