Located in the heart of Silver Spring this 124-unit multifamily property, with majority affordable units, and 5,000 Square feet of ground floor retail space was completed in 2019. Indoor and outdoor amenities include a rooftop terrace, an elevated courtyard, public art, and common gathering spaces.

 

MHG provided Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Landscape Architecture and Land Surveying services.  As an urban redevelopment project, the design involved several complex utility relocations and upgrades.  To incorporate the project stormwater management with the active streetscape, MHG designed tiered bioretention facilities with integrated seating.
