Mr. Swenson began his career with MHG in 2004 as a survey technician. During his 8 years as a surveyor, Jeremiah gained an understanding of land development from initial topographical data collection to final construction layout. In 2012, Jeremiah joined the Water Resources Department where he began designing plans for soil erosion, sediment control and stormwater management. He quickly learned the nuances of plan design, approval, and permit acquisition through various agencies. Jeremiah's experience in surveying has given him a unique insight into pre- and post-development conditions for real world application of water resources design. His meticulous attention to detail and educational background in graphic design and art influence the design of his plans.
