HUMAN RESOURCES & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Ms. Butler joined MHG in 1999. She is in charge of all Human Resource functions, including new hire orientation, and benefit administration. Each year Joy works tirelessly with MHG’s health insurance broker to maintain the best possible health care insurance coverage at a reasonable cost. Additionally, Joy is responsible for various accounting functions such as accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, and month and year end closings. She is the liaison between MHG and the building management, handling the day to day concerns. Joy plans many of MHG’s social functions, coordinating with vendors to assure a successful event.

OFFICE ACTIVITIESMHG frequently hosts social events for the employees and their families which include spring and fall golf outings, deck parties, family picnics, holiday celebrations, and happy hours.
