PRESIDENT 

Mr. La Vay has been with MHG since 2007 and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia.  In 2025 he was elected President by MHG's Board of Directors. He has extensive experience working with local, county & state agencies to gain project approvals and coordinates with clients to provide quality services in a reliable, efficient and timely manner. Mr. La Vay is experienced with commercial, residential, institutional, industrial and mixed-use projects; he is involved from conception through permitting, construction and post-construction approvals. He is also an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the National Association Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
