ROCK GROVE CENTER

In 2019-2020, Promark Partners chose to refresh their existing office and retail buildings located at the intersection of Shady Grove Road and Frederick Road (MD-355), in Rockville, Maryland.  The project included several exterior upgrades to improve pedestrian and vehicular circulation on the property, as well as improvements to facilitate new retail tenants. MHG provided Civil Engineering, Land Planning, and Land Surveying services for the project, from its original conception, through final construction.
