Mr. Roser has provided civil engineering and consulting services in the DC Metropolitan Area for over 35 years. He has been with MHG since 1985 and became President in 2014. Mr. Roser is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Formerly he led MHG’s Environmental Department and now leads our Engineering Department, which includes the Water Resources and Infrastructure Groups.

His experience includes all aspects of civil engineering related to land development, with concentrations in water resources, environmental issues, and site drainage. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Gaithersburg Germantown Chamber of Commerce, and Penn State Civil and Environmental Engineering Mentoring Program. Prior to coming to MHG, Mr. Roser worked as an engineer for a local FEMA technical consultant and as a hydrologist for the Tennessee Valley Authority.
