THE CROSSVINES
MHG is proud to have been part of the team tasked with transforming the clubhouse facilities at Poolesville Golf Course into a new restaurant, special events venue and winery. Located in Montgomery County’s agricultural reserve, the property now includes several acres of grape plantings and a crush facility for onsite winemaking; one of only a few in the Metropolitan Washington Region. The project was built on property owned by the Montgomery County Revenue Authority in an alliance with Weller Development Partners. MHG provided civil engineering, land planning, land surveying and construction services for the project.
