THE OCTAVE CONDOMINIUM
The Octave condominium is often referred to as a model for office to residential conversions in Montgomery County, Maryland. Back in 2013, well before the office market downturn triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, Promark chose to repurpose an aging office building to residential condominiums. Given the proximity to public parking and transit, the project provided no on-site parking. Instead, the former parking level was converted to storage space, and the former garage ramp was converted to below grade patios. MHG provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services for the project, from its original conception, through final construction.
