Topgolf Germantown opened its doors in 2020 as the second Topgolf venue in Maryland.  The 65,000 square foot building includes 3 levels of hitting bays.  It is located on an 11.5 acre property directly adjacent to I-270. 

 

Topgolf is a sports entertainment complex that features a high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy.  Golfers and non-golfers alike can play point-scoring games using microchipped balls that instantly show performance data including accuracy and distance.  Topgolf Germantown includes over 100 climate controlled hitting bays, a full-service restaurant, multiple bars, rooftop terrace, and private event spaces. 

 

MHG coordinated closely with the entire Topgolf development team, County staff, and the contractor through the land entitlement, engineering, and construction phases for this unique project.  MHG designed an intricate stormwater management system for the site as well as landscape, roadway, water and sewer, and storm drain improvements.
