As part of the ongoing transformation of Montgomery County’s Shady Grove Life Sciences Corridor, MHG was selected to be part of a team to develop the property with several build to suit structures in a short timeframe.  MHG worked with the design team to plan for 3 buildings, 2 parking garages, a public park and a connection of Great Seneca Highway into the property.  Phased approvals were obtained through the various jurisdictions of Montgomery County to allow for the site to be developed as fast as possible.  Throughout the various phases MHG has assisted with a variety of planning, design and construction services. These services included entitlements, site permitting, construction administration and construction stakeout.
